Dining Room
Here are some pictures from our dining room. The stripes and the print in the curtains look busy in the picture, but it looks nice in person! We didn't get our pictures hung because we decided to do a little exploring last night but we unfortunately forgot our camera. We went to check out a trail nearby that ventured to the highest point in San Francisco. It was getting a bit dark, so we didn't end up climbing there. We went to another, less forested trail on a canyon that is also close to our place. It smelled amazing--like cut evergreens and wood chips. We walked until it was really getting dark then did a little more driving. We traveled to the top of the twin peaks which are two high peaks overlooking the city. I couldn't believe we had never been there before! The fog was really rolling in so we couldn't see very far but the views were still breathtaking. I can't imagine it on a clear day or night. Marc found the scenic drive in a book our friend, Jack, gave us that has each of the neighborhoods in SF and descriptions of them. The book also lists gas stations, grocery stores, banks, and other points of interest which has really come in handy for us.
